Mission: Bushmaster Pistols
Intelligence:
calling the magazine fed, 5.56 caliber weapon from Bushmaster a pistol is like calling the sun a lit match. But, under ATF classification, it is
technically a pistol. These babies pack so much firepower that your range friends will be slack-jawed in amazement! The Bushmaster line of pistols accept standard thirty round magazines, and are built on carbon 15 composite lower and upper receivers. The bolt carrier is black oxide finished, and other critical parts are manganese phosphate finished with corrosion and rust protection. Bushmaster pistols are available with mil-spec Picatinny rails, so you can mount a laser, which is what a lot of owners wind up doing, because it is easier to aim by putting the laser dot onto the target while your shooting hand holds the pistol grip and your other hand cradles the fore-end grip. Although Bushmaster pistols do not come with stocks, there is a buffer tube enclosure that protrudes from the rear of the upper receiver. The Bushmaster pistols have a small nub above the pistol grip, that has a hole in it for attaching a loop sling or lanyard. If
| you have a permit and live in a state that allows for concealed carry, you could loop the sling over your shoulder and carry one of these under a pea coat. With the Bushmaster pistol’s overall length of only 20”, no one would even know you had it, until you needed it. If you want to be REALLY slick, you could get two of them and hang one off each shoulder, like Chuck Norris did with Mac 10’s in “Invasion USA”. They wouldn’t even be that heavy, since each Bushmaster pistol weighs only around three pounds, thanks in large part to the carbon 15, which is lighter than aluminum. All Bushmaster pistols come with a one year warranty from the factory, and are available in 9mm and 5.56mm (.223 Rem). |
