Developed specifically for California and other states with similar bans, The C15 Top Loading Carbine has an internal 10 round magazine, but everything else is pure Bushmaster quality. The Carbon 15 receivers are 40% stronger than traditional aluminum ones and weigh 3/4 of a pound less. That said, a chrome lined bore and chamber provide astounding accuracy, while a 6 position telestock provides added comfort.
