Decent setup. I have mine hooked up to a Smith and Wesson M&P15A and it works just as advertised. One reason for the 4 star and not a full 5 is that the adapter for the AR15 handguard didn''t fit perfectly. It butted up against the headshield pins and needed some modifications to work. The bipod itself is good quality and very sturdy. Fast retraction with a single button makes it quick to fold away. Adds a bit of weight to the front, but not too bad.
